Refunds

General Policy
Cali.gg Servers has a strict refund/return policy. We very rarely hand out refunds or corrections if the user is at fault. If the user is at fault, we expect them to get in contact with us straight away.
If users login to the servers after the purchase of the service, it is considered a successful purchase and services successfully delivered.

Service Usage
If the user has filed the complaint, we strictly advise to wait for a response from our staff team before using the services.
If the user purchased the wrong subscription/service/package then they're expected to get into contact with staff and to not use the service as previously stated.

Package Restrictions
If the package was purchased near the time of a force wipe rotation and it is believed or suspected that the player used the service to increase their vote on the upcoming maps, this will be considered as the digital services having been delivered and no refund will be issued.

Once a package has been used it is no longer eligible for transfer. If you have purchased the wrong package do NOT log in to that server and immediately contact support.
Gifted VIPs and gift cards are non-refundable.

EU Consumer Rights
Cali.gg Servers is a US-based business that provides digital content services globally. Under EU consumer protection law, EU customers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for digital content purchases.
However, by purchasing and accessing our services, you expressly acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the digital content (logging into servers, accessing VIP features). This is in accordance with EU regulations regarding digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
This waiver of withdrawal rights applies to all digital services provided by Cali.gg Servers, including but not limited to VIP subscriptions, server access privileges, and other digital perks. The service is considered to begin immediately upon successful purchase and server access.

Service Modifications and Communications
Cali.gg Servers reserves the right to modify, update, or change service features, benefits, and terms at any time. Changes to services or terms will be announced through our Discord server and/or email notifications at least 7 days before implementation.
Existing subscriptions will continue under their current terms until the next renewal date. At renewal, the subscription will automatically update to reflect any new terms or modifications. Users who do not wish to continue under new terms must cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
It is the user's responsibility to track their subscription status and renewal dates. While we may send courtesy renewal reminders, users should not rely on these notifications.

Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion fees or charges are the responsibility of the user.

Specialty Payment Methods
For purchases made using Steam/Rust Skins or Cryptocurrency payment methods, all sales are final and non-refundable at the moment of purchase due to the volatile nature of these payment methods.

Service Availability and Maintenance
Cali.gg Servers maintains the right to temporarily suspend services for scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. While we strive to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance through our Discord server, emergency maintenance or security updates may be performed without prior notice.
In cases of force majeure events (including but not limited to: natural disasters, cyber attacks, infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control), services may be interrupted or suspended without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure events.
We reserve the right to suspend services immediately and without notice if we detect security threats, abuse of services, or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity of our servers or user experience.

Communication Channels
All official communications regarding service changes, maintenance updates, or policy modifications will be made through:
1. Our official Discord server announcements channel
2. Email notifications to the address associated with your account
Users must join and maintain access to our Discord server to receive important service updates and notifications. Support requests will only be handled through Discord support tickets.

Additional Conditions
A purchase permits the user access to one or more reserved slots or other perks listed for the server listed in the purchase description only and does not exempt the player from adhering to the Cali.gg server rules. Should a user be found to be acting contrary to these rules, the user forfeits their ability to connect to any Cali.gg servers and will be held to the same standard as a non-paying user. Furthermore, Cali.gg Owners reserve the right to prohibit a user from accessing servers without refund of payments made at any time, in accordance with US and International statutory laws. By proceeding with the transaction, you hereby agree to be held accountable to these Terms & Conditions in the event of a charge-back made in your name.

Please note any deviation from what is stated in these terms and conditions may result in permanent account suspension without refund.
If you have used the services, no refunds of any nature (partial or full) are permitted.
You are responsible for keeping track of your active VIP subscriptions with Cali.gg and the accounts that have active VIP subscriptions.
If you have chosen a subscription instead of a one-time purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund simply because the subscription has renewed if you have continued to use the servers.

Disputes and Chargebacks
Any disputes about charges to your account must be submitted to Cali.gg in writing within 30 days of the date such charges are incurred. You agree to waive all disputes not made within the 30 day period, and all such charges will be final and not subject to challenge.

Please be aware that if a fraudulent chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to revoke your access to our game servers. We take fraud prevention very seriously and will not tolerate any form of fraudulent activity.
